STW/Advisor

Software Research's STW/Advisor suite of testing tools improves productivity, resource management, quality and predictability by providing static source code analysis and measurement. It performs a more detailed analysis of source code than compilers to detect trouble spots early in development. Seventeen metrics measure a program's data logic and size complexity, as well as size characteristics, aiding in decision-making in a quantitative manner. Test data/file generation increases the breadth of a test suite to more fully test applications.

STW/Advisor's static analysis is available for the C language and metric analysis is available for C, C++, Ada and FORTRAN.
